Project Part 1 will be accepted until 9/29 (Thu) beginning of class

We will accept project part 1 submission until the beginning of class on 9/29 (Thursday).

    Does this mean that the deadline is extended until 9/29?
    Are there any point penalties?
    Is this date for both the hardcopy and the code submission?
